Open to CMO roles · Fractional CMO engagements · AI-driven marketing & sales productivity

I build demand engines from a standing start, or fix the ones that aren't producing.

Global Chief Marketing Officer with 12+ years at CMO/Director level, building marketing for startups from seed to scale-up across B2B SaaS, e-commerce, and technology. I create category and market visibility where none existed, and treat marketing as a full partner to sales, product, and revenue rather than a separate function.

Today that means running marketing with AI: using it to make marketing and sales teams measurably more productive, not to publish more content.

Where I make the difference

01

Strategy & executive leadership

Strategy set at the table, not handed down after

I've had a seat on the executive committee at every company I've led marketing for: RunMyProcess, Azalead, Storefront, Cosmo Tech. Setting go-to-market strategy alongside the CEO, sales, and product, not executing a plan built somewhere else. At RunMyProcess, Azalead, and Cosmo Tech that also meant fundraising: building the investor materials and presenting marketing and sales strategy directly to VCs.

The pattern repeats everywhere: a period of strategy and planning, buy-in from the rest of the exec committee (built deliberately, as at RunMyProcess and Cosmo Tech), then rollout focused on quick wins while other pieces run in parallel. Concrete results inside three months, every time.

ABM for enterprise B2B

The category I built, still the one I lean on

At Azalead I built the ABM function in the French market from zero, wrote the Forrester Wave submission myself, and took the company to a Leader placement in the first ABM Wave that existed.

At Cosmo Tech, ABM was the backbone: 50% target account engagement, 80% of MQLs sourced from ABM accounts. For enterprise B2B, it's still the fastest route to making a small pipeline perform like a big one.

Product marketing & positioning

Positioning an SDR can repeat on a cold call

I own product marketing end to end: positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, launches, sales enablement. It's how a feature list turns into a reason to buy.

My test is simple. If an SDR can't explain the positioning in one sentence, it isn't done yet.

Brand & content as a demand engine

Content measured on pipeline, not clicks

I've built brand and content strategy everywhere on this site, and I've never run it as a standalone metric. At Cosmo Tech, content and thought leadership drove 300% web traffic growth that fed straight into the pipeline numbers above.

Brand awareness matters. But it earns its place on the calendar only when it ties back to a pipeline number.

Analyst relations

Credibility for companies the bigger players haven't noticed yet

I've run two analyst relations programs directly, from first briefing to published placement. At Azalead that produced a Leader placement in Forrester's ABM Wave; at Cosmo Tech, extensive inclusion in analyst reports on AI and simulation.

For a startup trying to scale, this is the fastest route to being taken seriously by enterprise buyers.

AI in the marketing engine

Making marketing and sales teams more productive

I was using AI in day-to-day marketing operations well before it was on every roadmap: for research, targeting, content production, and campaign operations. The result is teams that ship more, with the same headcount.

In 2026 I added a 140-hour certification in AI and no-code product building, in generative AI, prompt engineering, AI agent design, and workflow automation, which deepened the toolset behind the practical experience.

Ways to work together

02

Full-time CMO

Executive-team marketing leadership for B2B SaaS and technology companies: GTM strategy, demand generation, positioning, and board-facing reporting.

Best fit when marketing has to be built or rebuilt, not maintained.

Fractional CMO

Hands-on strategic marketing leadership for technology and AI companies scaling from launch to international growth, part-time, with real ownership.

Currently working with Feldy AI in the US, plus tech and AI scale-ups across Europe.

Project & advisory

A defined build: an ABM program, a demand-gen engine, a rebrand and repositioning, an analyst relations program, or a market-entry plan.

Also structuring marketing functions and mentoring in-house teams.

It was a pleasure to work with Stephanie on partnership opportunities. She was very professional and creative at the same time, bringing the right technical or sales resources from her company in the loop when needed. Tell me where the pipeline gap is and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right person for it.
