About
Twenty years leading marketing. Building it where it didn't exist, fixing it where it did.
I started in worldwide e-commerce at Avid, running a $25M sales objective and a five-million-record customer database in ten languages. At RunMyProcess and Azalead I was the first marketer in the building, hired at seed. Storefront was a different kind of challenge: my first marketplace business, where I built the SDR function and led the migration to Marketo.
Cosmo Tech was different again. I inherited a communications team and a product marketing team, with no demand gen function at all. I reorganized around that gap: built a high-performing demand gen team from scratch, added digital marketing, rebuilt the website, and rationalized product marketing, all to get sales and marketing aligned through ABM and demand gen.
The pattern that repeats is category creation. At Azalead I built the ABM category in the French and European market at the same time as building the function: from five people and zero brand recognition to a Leader placement in Forrester's first ABM Wave. At Cosmo Tech I took demand generation from a standing start to 40%+ of pipeline, with sales confirming the quality.
I'm hands-on by preference. I've run paid media in-house across six countries, run both of my analyst relations programs myself: writing the Forrester Wave submission at Azalead and driving Cosmo Tech's extensive inclusion in AI and simulation reports, sat in the SDR standups, and built the reporting that the board sees. I also like the operating side of the job: budgets up to €2M+, teams up to 13 in matrix organizations, and marketing operations across HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, and Eloqua.
AI has been part of how I work for several years, not a new addition: research, targeting, content production, and campaign operations, aimed at making marketing and sales teams more productive rather than simply producing more. The 140-hour certification I completed in 2026, in generative AI, prompt engineering, AI agent design, no-code development, and workflow automation, sharpened the toolset on top of that experience.
